page!...I am looking forward to having your child in class this year…. This is
my 12th year to teach at Oden!...I am a graduate of Oden in ’92….I
graduated with my masters in Dietetics from the University of Central Arkansas
(UCA) in ’98....I am now certified in Serv Safe and can proctor certification
to the students!...At one time or another, students will be working in the food
service industry and being Serv Safe could assist in the job that they do and
perhaps a pay raise!....Feel free to contact me anytime.
